Raised in Topanga, California, Dominique holds dual citizenship in the U.S. and Ireland (both of her parents were born in Dublin). Her modeling career took off when supermodel Janice Dickinson discovered her and selected her to appear on the Oxygen reality television series The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency.
